Naha Okinawa Japan 11/4/24

Naha Okinawa Japan - was a last minute addition to the cruise, due to typhoon activity.  We welcomed the "day off" from tours and decided to just do a little shopping.  Naha is the capital city of Okinawa Prefecture in Japan. Okinawa was under U.S. administration until it was returned to Japan in 1972. Post-occupation, Naha has grown into a bustling city known for its vibrant culture, unique Ryukyu heritage, and as a gateway to the Okinawan islands.
