The Kaua`i Museum is celebrating thier 53rd year, and proudly serves as a gathering place for people to actively learn about Kaua‘i’s and Ni‘ihau’s past, present and future. They strive to celebrate the history and culture of our island’s immigrant and indigenous ancestors and create an understanding to better our future.
While visiting just after landing we were warmly greeted and invited to a luau (Hawaiian party). The party featured true natives and visitors. Including spontaneous hula dancing and good food.
